Here’s your challenge for today:
Spend 10 minutes outside today. Take a walk, sit and read, listen to the birds, work in the garden or meditate. Do whatever pleases you, but get out of the EMF, fluorescent lighting and stale air.
Enjoy the space, freedom and peace a few moments outdoors can provide.
And if possible, leave your phone on its charger 😉
