Feed your brain with this delicious “brain food” smoothie loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy fat!!!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 cup almond milk or other nut milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 2 teaspoons honey, optional
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. ENJOY!!!!
